It provides a convenient and user-friendly mobile app that allows customers to order groceries from the comfort of their homes or on the go. The platform partners with local grocery stores and supermarkets to offer a wide range of products, including fresh produce, pantry essentials, household items, and more

Challenge
Evaluate the flow of Zepto User Flow, which includes Home page -> Categories -> Adding Gamified Features -> Add to cart -> Checkout process and redesign the user experience to make the product design more simplify the user experience and inclusive features for age group between 18 to 35+ thereby increasing the impact of DAU, and user conversion.

Define
Based on the User insights from the empathise stage, there are several pain points that need to be addressed, and based on the time constraints I “Prioritised of pain points” to look into the interesting problems. Dependency on the priority level (Critical, High, Medium, Low)

Ideations
Competitive analysis is a secondary research method where we collect and compare data of our competitor (product or service) in order to know about their strength, weakness, opportunities and thread. Which help us to create solid product that users will actually want to use, and also it helps to generate ideas and improve features into our product or services.

Brand Guidelines
Design system is a set of guidelines and principle standards that provide a framework of creating robust UI components, patterns, and user-friendly interfaces. These guidelines define typography, color palettes, iconography, spacing, layout principles, and includes buttons, forms, navigation bars, cards, modals, input fields, badges, etc. and other design elements to maintain consistency across the user interface.

Outcomes
The goals of the project aim to evaluate, improve, and deliver “specific requirements like features” in addition to increasing User Conversion, DAU and User Retention.
Target audience is 18 to 35+ users are interested to purchase via online grocery shopping and offers, by saving their time.
